Remote Controlled Flail Mower For Sale

Remote controlled flail mower is a radio-controlled tracked grass cutting machine with front flail head for forestry and garden. This is a reliable quality but affordable remote mower from China.

Why is Remote Controlled Flail Mower Reliable?

Anti-rust process. V Číne, most remote mower manufacturers simply apply paint to the machine’s chassis and frame. Such remote mowers often begin to rust within about a year. In contrast, we handle our lawn mowers to pickling and an electrophoretic coating process before applying the primer and topcoat..

Robust Frame and Chassis. This flail mower weighs 630kgs, whereas similar models from China weigh only about 400kgs. Only the reinforced structure can withstand the vibrations of the engine without becoming deformed.

EU Safe Grade. This remote controlled flail mower complies with the latest EU machinery safety regulations (2023/1230). If it loses signal, both the engine and the cutting blade stop working immediately, and it will automatic brake.

Spoľahlivé elektrické diely

2500W Travel Motor. We use two 2500W industrial-grade brushless servo motors with hypoid worm gear reducers. The motors also have built-in cooling fans. It can work continuously for a long time.

Automatic Brake. For safety on slopes, we equip the flail mower with automatic braking device. We set a 3-second delay for automatic brake. This will prevent the brakes from overheating, failing or damaged due to frequent operation.

Elektronická spojka. Na rozdiel od iných čínskych výrobcov, ktorí používajú manuálne spojky, we equip the remote controlled flail mower with electronic clutch. Operators can start or stop the cutting blades via the remote control, not manual.

Obvodová základná doska. Most dealers and individual buyers who buy Chinese remote mowers have encountered problems with damaged circuit boards. I can confidently state that the circuit motherboards we use have an extremely low failure rate. We have been using this circuit motherboard for five years, it is really reliable.
